How We Do It
Our approach to creating your optimal Keap CRM and Automation system is a structured and deeply focused method. By using our The Keap Studio model we collaborate with you to build the perfect backbone for your business processes.
The Process:
- You submit the request for what you want built including content
- We build it based on the information given
- You approve or request changes
- We do any neccesary changes
- We go live!

The Keap Studio allows you to leave the Keap campaign building up to the Pro’s at a fixed monthly rate.
All you have to do is to have the ideas for what you want Keap to do for your business.
Our Packages
Starter Package
$250 initial cost
- You will be added into our upskill campaign, where you will receive regular emails over the next 12 days which contain lots of useful information necessary for setting up your Keap profile.
- We will help you import your contact. (However if your list is in need of clean-up prior to import then additional charges will be due).
- Help in DKIM setup will be provided.
- Once the above is complete we will help you to set up 1-2 email templates.
- As a final step for the startup month we will help you create and send your first broadcast setup.
Monthly Support Subscription
$500/pm
- Unlimited Keap Campaign build-outs per month. (restricted to work on 1 campaign at a time)
- 1 hour of strategy prior to the campaign start time to align goals/desired outcomes.
- Any added integrations will be handled case by case as more complex integrations may garner additional charges.
- All Campaigns will aim to be complete within 3-7 business days. Longer times may apply.
- Drafts of all Templates, broadcasts, emails, will be included (Content and copy however must be provided).
- Drafts will be sent to be reviewed and either returned with notes and edits, or campaign marked as complete and shipped.
- 1 - 2 Additional hours of strategy time can be used during the month for additional input.
